**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, write, and edit clear, engaging, and on-brand content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
- Create content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other team members to brainstorm content ideas and visuals.
- Write blogs, articles, captions, newsletters, and other copy as needed.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Engage with followers and manage online conversations to foster community.
- Track and report on content performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of experience in content writing or social media management.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, content strategies, and audience engagement.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity, curiosity, and a passion for storytelling.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
