**Job Summary**:
The Legal Advisor will provide expert legal counsel to the company, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while minimizing legal risks. This role involves advising on a wide range of corporate matters, including contracts, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, litigation, employment law, and regulatory compliance. The Legal Advisor will work closely with senior management and other departments to provide legal guidance and support in business operations, strategic initiatives, and decision-making.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Legal Advisory: Provide legal advice and support to senior management, department heads, and employees on a wide range of corporate matters, including contracts, employment law, intellectual property, compliance, and corporate governance.

Contract Review and Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure they are legally sound and protect the company's interests.

Compliance Management: Ensure the company complies with relevant laws and regulations, including those related to corporate governance, data protection, intellectual property, and environmental compliance. Advise on regulatory changes and implement necessary policy updates.

Risk Management: Identify and assess legal risks in business operations, provide strategies to mitigate those risks, and offer proactive solutions to avoid legal disputes.

Dispute Resolution: Represent the company in legal disputes, including managing external counsel when necessary. Provide guidance on the best approach to resolve conflicts, whether through litigation, arbitration, or settlement.

Corporate Governance: Assist with corporate governance matters, including board meetings, shareholder meetings, and compliance with statutory reporting requirements.

Training and Education: Provide training to internal teams on legal topics such as contract management, compliance, and intellectual property protection.

**Qualifications**:

- Juris Doctor (JD) or LLB from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in [Country/Region] with minimum 1 year of experience as a corporate lawyer or legal advisor.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, commercial law, and regulations affecting businesses.
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, compliance, and litigation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts for non-legal stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills, with attention to detail.
