**Function** PROPERTY ACQUISITON**

**Job Description**:
The role holder will be responsible for managing a team of Junior Managers in Property Acquisition.

He / She must provide on the job training to existing & new team members to identify potential commercial land parcles, under construction, fully constructed commercial properties for out right purchase to enable Business expansion (setting new stores, distribution center).

Guide, advice, coach team members to achieve the property acquisition targets. Conduct regular reviews with team members, support them to make business presentation to prospective sellers.

Coordinate with team members to arrange for meetings of seniors with prospective sellers after completion of ground work.

Will need to monitor team performance, analyze various reports and provide updates on business development, competition etc. to the management.

Enthusiastic with a go-getter attitude and an excellent understanding of property market (FSI, ground coverage etc.) Must be able to forsee market trends & developments and have an excellent ratio of converison and fast closure of deals.
