**Role Overview**

As an **Operations Intern**, you will support daily functions that keep our pharmacy and franchise network running smoothly. You’ll gain real-world experience in inventory management, logistics coordination, and data-driven decision-making in the healthcare supply chain.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in **daily operations**: including order processing, inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and stock movement.
- Coordinate with **franchise outlets** to ensure smooth delivery of goods and timely resolution of operational issues.
- Support the **supply chain team** in warehouse management and product dispatches.
- Maintain **documentation and reports** related to inventory, billing, and stock reconciliation.
- Help in **process audits** to identify delays, mismatches, or inefficiencies in the delivery pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Tech) to ensure operations are aligned with business goals.
- Participate in **field visits** to franchise stores to monitor performance and gather feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, or similar).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel locally to partner stores if required.
- Enthusiasm to learn about pharmacy operations and healthcare logistics.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior internship or project in logistics, pharmacy, or retail operations (preferred, not mandatory).
- Understanding of inventory systems or supply chain basics.
