We are looking for a operations associate to join our team with the objective of streamlining and scaling our operations.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Ensuring that all the B2C orders received from our website, marketplaces, etc. are dispatched within 24-48 hours.

2. Monitoring the delivery TAT of the orders that have been breached and escalating to the respective courier partner.

3. Speak with customers for all those orders that have been marked RTO in the last 24-48 hours to verify the RTO reasoning.

4. Work closely with customer support and experience team to address customer escalations related to delivery concerns - late delivery, on hold delivery, reverse pick ups, etc.

5. Maintain a tracker for all things shipping - delivery status, RTO, cost per order, etc.

6. Study the NDR reports everyday and instruct the action to be taken.

7. Work aggressively to reduce RTO with the larger operations team and execute the plan of action.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of work experience.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication i.e. English and Hindi.
- Comfortable speaking over the phone for multiple hours in the day.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Is analytical and can extensively work on MS-excel.
- Possesses collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
