**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise the execution of interior fit-out works at project sites including civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and finishing works.
- Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors & vendors to ensure seamless execution on-site.
- Manage site schedules, track daily progress, and provide regular updates to the project manager or senior leadership.
- Monitor material deliveries, usage, and inventory to avoid delays or wastage.
- Ensure safety compliance, cleanliness, and discipline at the site.
- Perform quality checks and resolve any technical or execution issues as they arise.
- Maintain site documentation such as daily reports, attendance, and inspection logs.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 4-5 years of relevant site supervision experience in commercial interior fit-out projects (offices.).
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, construction methods, and building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings accurately.
- Excellent coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; working knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
- Flexible to travel to project locations and work extended hours if required.
