Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will play a

crucial role in establishing and maintaining effective communication with our clients. Your ability to

fluently converse in Telugu, Hindi, and English, combined with your experience in call centre

operations, will be vital in ensuring outstanding customer interactions and achieving our

organizational goals.

**Responsibilities**:
Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products/services.

Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to customers.

Engage in active listening and empathetic communication to understand customer needs and

concerns.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to effectively address customer

inquiries.

Record and update customer information accurately in the database during and after each call.

Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging.

Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call targets and sales quotas.

Collaborate with team members and share insights to enhance overall performance.

**Requirements**:
Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English languages (verbal and written). Minimum of 1-2 years of

experience in a call centre or telecalling role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong active listening skills with the ability to comprehend customer queries. Proven track record of

meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage

time effectively. High level of integrity and professionalism. Ability to work in a fast-paced and

dynamic environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualification:
Minimum Degree or equivalent required.

**Salary**:
As Per Organisation Norms.

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month
