**Develop and implement CSR strategies**: Create and execute plans that align with company values and promote social and environmental responsibility.
- **Create and implement policies**: Design and put into practice policies that support ethical labor, sustainability goals, and environmentally friendly corporate practices.
- **Coordinate cross-functional teams**: Collaborate with other departments like HR, marketing, and sustainability to integrate CSR initiatives into daily operations.
- **Manage budgets and resources**: Oversee CSR budgets to ensure projects are delivered within planned objectives.
Stakeholder engagement and communication
- **Engage with external stakeholders**: Build and manage relationships with external groups, such as charities, NGOs, community leaders, and government bodies.
- **Promote internal involvement**: Coordinate employee volunteering initiatives and raise awareness of CSR issues among employees.
- **Communicate CSR efforts**: Lead communication efforts to internal and external audiences about the company's CSR strategy and achievements.
- **Report on performance**: Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders on the company's social and environmental performance.
