**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, implement, and manage SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical SEO)
- Perform regular keyword research, competitor analysis and SEO audits
- Optimize website content, landing pages, meta tags, and internal linking
- Monitor search performance trends and keyword rankings using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
- Manage and improve backlink (training interns)
- Work closely with the content team to guide them for content creation
- Ensure multiple websites are technically optimized for crawling and indexing
- Analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights
- Stay updated with the latest SEO, GEO, AEO, Google algorithm changes, and industry trends

**Requisites & Skills**:

- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Proficient in using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush /Ahrefs/Moz, Screaming Frog/Sitebulb and Keyword Planner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
