- Vendor relations & vendor performance upkeep
- Ensure end to end office management including regular business activities of office with the help of support staff
- Travel management - Ensuring travel bookings like air tickets, car pick up, hotel arrangements and Forex (for overseas traveling). Complete all passport and visa formalities
- Basic Understanding of IT instruments is required to perform & co-ordinate IT issues of the office with expert team.
- Understanding of Products, Services, Collaterals & also indulge into Team MappingEnsure adherence to HR & Operational Policies and Processes
- Plan & indulge into Employee Engagement Activities
- New empanelment & compliances linked with office management
- Attending & arranging to resolve employee queries and grievances in coordination with HR Manager. SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Deep understanding of the Admin function including the key areas.
- Negotiation, solution finding attitude.
- Working proficiency in IT systems, MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS office skills
- Team player, dynamic, high energy and people centricity. EDUCATION: Any Graduate/ PGDBM or MBA aspirant

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
