**Role Description**

**Location**: New Delhi

**Salary**: Fixed pay ₹20,000- ₹25,000/month + Performance-Based Bonus

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute intraday trades on index options using advanced trading strategies (straddles, strangles, ratio spreads, etc.)
- Consistently generate returns while adhering to risk management guidelines
- Monitor market trends, analyze market conditions, and adapt strategies accordingly
- Act independently with the ability to make quick, informed decisions
- Maintain and share a verifiable track record of trades through contract notes or broker statements
- Work closely with the risk management team to ensure all trades fall within company risk parameters

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in index options trading, with a track record of consistent profits
- Familiarity with intraday trading strategies and risk management techniques
- Ability to work independently with strong decision-making skills
- Ability to adapt strategies to changing market conditions
- Must provide verifiable contract notes or broker statements as proof of past performance
- Good understanding of risk-reward and capital allocation in options trading
- Any Graduate/CFA/CA/FRM
- Experience in using NEST/XTS/Trading Terminal
- Language proficiency
