**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement Planning**: Collaborate with internal departments to identify their procurement needs, create procurement plans, and establish procurement priorities to meet organizational objectives.
- **Supplier Evaluation**: Identify potential suppliers, conduct supplier evaluations, and assess their capabilities, reliability, and pricing models to ensure the selection of high-quality suppliers.
- **Negotiations**: Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions, ensuring cost savings and quality standards are met.
- **Purchase Orders**: Prepare and process purchase orders for goods and services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- **Supplier Relationship Management**: Foster and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, resolve any issues or disputes, and monitor supplier performance to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and quality standards.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends, industry standards, and emerging procurement practices to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement strategies.
- **Budgeting and Cost Control**: Assist in developing and monitoring procurement budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- **Compliance**: Ensure procurement activities comply with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, including compliance with organizational policies and procedures, and participate in audits when necessary.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze procurement data and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as cost savings, supplier performance, and procurement cycle times, to identify areas for improvement and optimize procurement processes.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, implement best practices, and contribute to the development and enhancement of procurement policies, procedures, and systems.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree, MBA/PG diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Procurement Executive or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and procedures.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in using procurement software and tools - Experience in SAP is preferred (MM module)
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with legal and contractual terms and conditions.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
