**Responsibilities**
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies, and maintain office efficiency by arranging repairs.
- Ensuring Hygiene and cleanliness of the office and office surroundings at all times
- Plan agendas travel arrangements and Accommodation/Housing facilities etc.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Handling purchases of stationary, office amenities, and other supplies.
- Coordinating with vendors and documenting all invoices.
- Creating reports and other documents
**Required skills and qualifications**
- **Minimum 1 to 3 years** experience in office administration.
- Above average English written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS. Office.
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of company information.
- Any Graduation.
- Negotiation Skills.
- **2 Wheeler License and vehicle are compulsory.**:

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
