
IT Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Present and sell company services including **website development**, **digital marketing packages**, and **software solutions**.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
- Maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow-up on leads.
- Keep track of leads, conversions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in IT, websites, and digital marketing.
**Required Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic understanding of **websites, SEO, social media marketing, and software solutions**.
- Ability to present technical products in simple, client-friendly terms.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business, Marketing, IT**, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1-3 years of sales experience in IT products or services.
- Experience in **website sales, digital marketing, or software selling** preferred.
**Nice to Have**
- Experience in outbound calling or lead generation.
- Understanding of WordPress, e-commerce platforms, or SaaS products.
- Knowledge of online sales platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Upwork.
