What you’ll bring to the team
FTTx Business Management: Oversee FTTx operations through multiple business team members.
- Territory Knowledge and Language understanding.
- Channel Partner Development: Appoint and manage Distributors and LCOs for distribution.
- Survey Planning and Monitoring: Plan and monitor the survey team for city mapping.
- Area Identification: Identify and prioritize areas in the city for network deployment.
- New Agreements: Sign up new DSAs and distributor agreements.
- Building Permissions Acquire and manage permissions for building access.
- New Area Rollout: Plan material and manpower deployment for new area rollouts.
- Permission Acquisition: Direct the acquisition team on permission-related issues.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments for successful FTTH rollout.
- Order Booking and Installation: Manage new order bookings and customer installations in connected buildings.

**Requirements**:
**What we need from you - Education & Experience**:
We're looking for someone with a decent educational background.
- MBA/MMS/PGDM degree in Sales Marketing, or a related field.
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 3-5years of experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
