**Job Summary**:
**Job Title**: Finance Expert/Sr. Expert

**Experience Required**: 10+ years in Finance & Accounting Domain

**Location**: Chennai

**Reports To**: Section Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Taxation Management**:

- Manage and oversee tax-related matters including direct and indirect tax.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, tax audits, and returns.
- Monitor tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize tax liabilities.
- Advise management on tax planning and strategies for tax optimization.
- **Auditing**:

- Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure smooth and timely completion.
- Review and evaluate financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in preparing for audit reviews and implementing necessary improvements based on findings.
- Ensure the company’s financial processes align with regulatory and compliance standards.
- **Government Compliance**:

- Stay updated with the latest changes in government rules and policies related to tax, finance, and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to all government regulations, filing deadlines, and compliance standards.
- Liaise with government bodies to resolve compliance issues and handle audits or inquiries.
- **Budgeting & Costing**:

- Assist in the development, monitoring, and evaluation of annual budgets.
- Perform variance analysis to identify cost savings or potential risks.
- Analyse operational costs and implement strategies for cost control and optimization.
- Support forecasting and cost allocation processes to ensure financial efficiency.
- **Analytical Skills**:

- Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide reports that offer insights for decision-making.
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in financial performance.
- Support senior management in making informed decisions through financial modelling and forecasting.
- **Team Management**:

- Lead and manage a small team, ensuring effective delegation, monitoring, and performance management.
- Provide training and support to team members to improve their technical knowledge and skills.
- Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- **Governance & Policy Monitoring**:

- Regularly monitor and stay up to date with changes in governance rules and compliance policies.
- Share updates with management and relevant stakeholders, ensuring that the organization stays compliant with legal requirements.
- Proactively suggest adjustments or improvements based on the latest regulatory changes.
- **Group Company Reporting (MIS)**:

- Prepare and submit internal reports to HQ and RMC.
- Internal Finance Controls regular report and review and improve process.
- Monthly financial reports sharing to Murata India internal Management with proposal.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹2,600,000.00 per year
