- Developing surveys and capturing client information.

Good to have 3 to 5 years of experience in IT Recruitment position for Indian Market.
- Excellent knowledge in Job portal searches, like Naukri,Linkedin,Indeed.
- Must have good experience in sourcing profiles based on job specifications and skill sets as per clients requirements.
- Must have strong technical knowledge in present day IT technologies and must be able to illustrate when required.
- Specific experience in IT or IT Contract Staffing industry involving the handling of large enterprise clients delivery of their staffing needs
- Build and maintain a network of contacts to ensure a pipeline of talent is readily available.
- Strong Negotiating Skills with Go Getter attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Passionate about IT consulting - Business Development / Lead generation
- Identifying and approaching potential new companies or individuals to engage as clients
- Developing surveys and capturing client information.

**Salary**: ₹20,385.35 - ₹38,840.11 per month
