**O365 Management**
- create/delete/modify user/DL as the per policies defined by SBIG.
- User license allocation
- Administration of mail service.
- Create mail policies as defined by the SBI General, including, but not limited to, user security, access control, encryption, mailbox sizes, mail sizes, spam, content filtering, etc.
- Service Provider should interact with user and another team member to address & mitigate reported incidence.
- Backup and archival management.
- OEM co-ordination to address reported incidences and provide solutions.
- Service Provider Release quarantined mail upon SBI General’s request through approval process
- Analyze the spam mail entering the network and modify or create/filters upon change approval to arrest the spam.
- Office Groups & teams creating & management (Outlook, MS Teams, OneDrive, Yammer)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
