Tunnel Lining Foreman

A Tunnel Lining Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of tunnel linings, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of tunnel lining workers, providing guidance and instruction throughout the construction process.
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers to understand project plans, specifications, and requirements related to tunnel linings.
- Ensure that all tunnel lining activities, including formwork installation, concrete pouring, reinforcement placement, and curing, are carried out in compliance with established procedures and safety standards.
- Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials used in tunnel lining construction, identifying any issues or discrepancies and taking corrective actions as necessary.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely completion of tunnel lining activities, coordinating with other trades and subcontractors as required.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess the condition of existing tunnel linings, identifying areas that require maintenance or repair.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to implement and monitor quality assurance procedures for tunnel lining construction.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, material usage, and labor hours, providing regular reports to project management.
- Promote and enforce a culture of safety, ensuring that all workers adhere to safety protocols and regulations during tunnel lining operations.
- Train and mentor new or less experienced tunnel lining workers, supporting their professional development and promoting a skilled workforce.
