Field Sales Executive

Real estate sales responsibilities include finding clients, marketing properties, showing homes, negotiating offers, guiding clients through transactions, and staying informed on market trends. A core function is to build strong client relationships and provide excellent service while successfully closing property deals for buyers and sellers. For Sellers:

- **Market and list properties**: Create attractive property listings, post them to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) (MLS), and develop marketing materials.
- **Host showings and open houses**: Schedule and conduct property viewings and open house events to attract potential buyers.
- **Negotiate and manage offers**: Represent sellers in negotiations, manage offers, and work through the sales process.

For Buyers:

- **Identify suitable properties**: Understand client needs and preferences to find and show properties that are a good match.
- **Provide market insights**: Offer advice on market conditions, pricing, and mortgage options.
- **Guide through transactions**: Assist with financing, inspections, and appraisals, and guide clients through the closing process.

For All Clients:

- **Build relationships**: Maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other industry professionals.
- **Stay informed**: Continuously learn about market trends, new developments, zoning laws, and real estate regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date advice.
- **Draft and review documents**: Ensure all necessary paperwork and contracts are accurate and properly completed.
- **Achieve sales targets**: Work towards and meet sales goals for property transactions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
