Expertise in sheet metal process development, die design & simulation knowledge on Stamping core parts.
- As per Ford GPDS Program scale each gateway need to deliver multiple CAD iteration of the following activities as per Ford standards and SPL’s guidelines in Catia environment.
- Draw development (Surface development)
- 3D Process development for all stages
- NC Model development for all stages
- STL/Scan data conversion into Catia file for Virtual PIST validation
- Should have hands on experience on the BIW core stamping parts (Ex. Hood, Lift/Tail gate, Door outer’ s/Inners, Body side outer, Rear Floor, Front floor, Wheel house inner, Dash panel, Body side inner, Sunroof & Fender)
- Should have skills in simulation on Structural parts.
- Hands on skills in spring back compensation, crown and sweep.

Education Qualification : B.E/B.Tech & Diploma

Number of Years of Experience : 5 to 7 Years / 10 to 12 years if Diploma
