**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth in our tech-driven event management services. If you are passionate about sales and enjoy connecting clients with innovative event solutions, we’d love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pitch event and digital solutions to potential clients and convert opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless deal closure and client satisfaction.
- Research competitors and identify new market opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (events, tech, or digital marketing preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel within Chennai for client meetings.
- Must be willing to sign a **1-year employment contract** (Note: the company does **not** collect original documents).
