The Sales Officer will be responsible for supervising and supporting the sales team in their daily operations. Key duties include allocating leads and daily tasks to Sales Executives using the CRM and Enquiry Register, assisting in deal closures and negotiations, and ensuring sales orders are finalized with accurate details. The officer will coordinate deliveries while ensuring the correct Sales Representative is assigned in the Order Acknowledgement (OA), and will track all active enquiries, follow up on quotations, and maintain an updated Enquiry Register with weekly printed reports.

Additionally, the Sales Officer will assign new leads every Saturday through the CRM system, maintain a weekly task list with follow-up schedules, and close quotations that have remained cold for over three months. Regular follow-ups on outstanding payments listed in the Debtors List will also be a part of the role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
