Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with international working professionals via **Zoom meetings and phone calls**:

- Conduct personalized consultations to understand clients’ **educational and career goals**:

- Recommend appropriate **higher education programs** based on individual needs
- Maintain up-to-date records and pipelines via **CRM software**:

- Collaborate with teams to ensure a **seamless onboarding experience**

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Education, Psychology, Business Administration)
- 1-3 years of experience in **sales, counseling, or customer service**:

- Excellent **English communication skills** - both spoken and written
- Proficiency in **Zoom, Google Meet, and CRM tools**:

- A **consultative and empathetic approach** to guiding prospects

Compensation:
