We are looking for a dynamic and motivated **Field Sales Executive** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients, promoting products, and achieving sales targets in the assigned area. If you are ambitious, confident, and love interacting with people, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular field visits to retailers, distributors, and clients.
- Promote and demonstrate company products to customers.
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Collaborate with the sales team and report to the Sales Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales, B2C
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or MS Excel is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
