**Key Responsibilities**:Sales & Business Development:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients.
- Support the sales team in creating proposals, presentations, and product demos.
- Follow up on leads and close deals to achieve monthly targets.

Marketing:

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline).
- Promote products/services through various digital and traditional channels.

Market Research:

- Conduct research to identify new market trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis.
- Prepare detailed reports based on data collection and present insights to the team.
- Help identify target markets and customer segments.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence in talking to customers and pitching products/services.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and MS Office is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- Internship experience in sales/marketing/market research is a bonus.
