**Sales Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales growth by achieving monthly/quarterly targets across assigned regions or teams.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and client relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to promote offerings effectively.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions where needed.
- Provide support during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

**Training Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver product training, sales skills workshops, onboarding sessions, and refresher courses.
- Assess training needs of sales teams, channel partners, or dealers through surveys, feedback, or performance data.
- Create engaging training content, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
- Mentor underperforming staff and support individual development plans.

**Cross-functional Duties**:

- Act as a bridge between the product, sales, and HR teams to align business goals with training initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and new sales tools or methods.
- Support digital transformation in training delivery (e.g., LMS, webinars, remote tools).

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-6 years of experience in sales, sales training, or a combined role.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
- Proven sales track record and understanding of sales techniques.
- Ability to create and manage training content and programs.
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and online training platforms.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
