Kindergarden Faculty

**Full time position - Kindergarten Faculty for Primary Year Programme**

**Work Location**:
**T Nagar, Chennai**

**Department / Section: Primary**

**Knowledge, competencies, dispositions expected**:

- Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem and adapt the techniques to develop their inquiry based learning
- Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments etc.)
- Collaborate with other teachers, parents and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings
- Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events

**Educational qualifications**

Bachelor’s in any discipline

Certification or Diploma course in Montessori (Optional)

**Work Experience requirement**

2 or more years of experience as ELC Teacher/ Primary Teacher

**Fresh Graduates may also apply**

- Excellent understanding of the principles of child development
