**Job Title**:Administrative Assistant
**Salary**: INR 2,00,000 - 5,00,000 P.A.
**Education & Experience Required**:Graduation in any field.
At least 2-5 years of experience in the respective field.
**Administrative Assistant responsibilities and duties**
Manage workflow by assigning tasks to other administrative employees daily, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly
Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines
Respond to questions and requests for information
Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
**SKILLS REQUIRED**:
Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Exceptional communication skills
Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
**Salary**: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month
