- **Position Overview**_
- We are looking for a _**proactive and experienced Administrative Coordinator**_ _to manage day-to-day operations across Office, IT, and HR administration._
- This role is ideal for a _**seasoned professional**_ _who enjoys variety, thrives in a structured environment, and values both _**client-facing interaction**_ _and behind-the-scenes coordination. As the first point of contact for visitors, you’ll represent our brand while ensuring smooth internal operations._
- **Key Responsibilities**_
- **Office Administration**_
- _Welcome and assist clients inperson or on phone _
- _Manage office opening/closing and overall upkeep_
- _Oversee office supplies and ensure smooth daily operations_
- _Provide excellent customer service and support_
- **IT Administration (Basic Level)**_
- _Maintain accurate inventory of IT and office equipment(laptops, phones, SIMs)_
- _Coordinate with external IT support for troubleshooting_
- **HR Administration**_
- _Guide new employees through onboarding and orientation_
- _Monitor attendance through biometric login & leave management system_
- _Prepare attendance reports for payroll support_
- _Manage employee records, documentation, and offboarding processes_
- **Required Qualifications**_
- _**5+ years**_ _of relevant administrative experience_
- _Strong command of _**Malayalam**_ _(reading, writing, speaking)_
- _Good English communication skills (verbal and written)_
- _Excellent organizational and multitasking skills_
- _Professional, customer-friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills_
- _Basic computer skills (MS Office or similar tools)_
- _Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data_
- _Team-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach_
- **Preferred Skills**_
- _Experience with HR/employee management systems_
- _Basic IT troubleshooting knowledge_
- _Prior experience in office management or coordination roles_
- _Familiarity with attendance/leave tracking tools_
