Embroidery Designer

We are looking for our subsidiary company " **Sukriti Furnishin**g "at NAC Manimajra, Chandigarh Location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Embroidery Design Creation**:

- Create innovative and artistic embroidery designs using **Wilcom** and **CorelDRAW** software, ensuring designs meet client specifications and brand standards.
- Convert sketches and design concepts into digital embroidery files, optimizing them for machine production.
- Develop and refine embroidery designs to match seasonal trends, themes, and customer requirements.
- **Digitizing Embroidery Designs**:

- Use **Wilcom** software to digitize artwork into embroidery-ready files, adjusting stitch types, densities, and settings for optimal results.
- Ensure digitized designs are compatible with various embroidery machines and achieve the desired look and texture.
- **Design Visualization and Mockups**:

- Create visual representations of embroidery designs using **CorelDRAW** for client approval and internal presentation.
- Produce detailed mockups of embroidered designs on different garments or products to showcase the final output.
- **Material and Thread Selection**:

- Choose appropriate thread types, colors, and fabric for designs to ensure quality, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
- Experiment with various stitching techniques (e.g., satin stitch, fill stitch, applique) to enhance design appeal.
- **Quality Control and Design Refinement**:

- Conduct thorough checks on designs before and after digitization, ensuring that stitching, pattern layout, and overall design meet quality standards.
- Revise designs based on feedback and resolve any technical issues encountered during embroidery production.
- **Prototype and Sample Testing**:

- Collaborate with the production team to test designs on physical samples, ensuring designs are executable and meet brand standards.
- Adjust and fine-tune designs based on feedback from sample runs, improving efficiency and quality.
- **Client and Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with internal design teams, production managers, and clients to ensure designs meet expectations and are ready for manufacturing.
- Communicate effectively to gather design feedback and incorporate revisions promptly.
- **Trend Research and Innovation**:

- Stay up to date on the latest trends in embroidery techniques, styles, and software capabilities.
- Suggest innovative ways to incorporate new techniques or technologies into design work, keeping the brand competitive and fresh.
- **Production Support**:

- Support the production team with any adjustments needed during the embroidery process.
- Troubleshoot any issues related to machine embroidery, design, or materials.
- **Documentation and File Management**:

- Maintain an organized system for storing all digital files, including embroidery designs, machine settings, and revisions.
- Ensure that all designs are properly labeled, archived, and accessible for future use or updates.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: A degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in embroidery software is a plus.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in embroidery design, with a strong background in **Wilcom** and **CorelDRAW** software.
