**Wtf is Pluto?**

Pluto is a world of fun characters. At Pluto, we make characters and IPs around them. We are a team of passionate artists, degens, gamers and storytellers. We have forever been obsessed with characters and stories. You will be joining a team of misfits creating a community that fosters great IPs, mini-games, digital content & art, together.

Pluto became India’s most successful NFT project to sell-out (on day 1 that too) with our 4,444 Misfits collection. We tell stories about our characters through different formats on Instagram, TikTok & YouTube.

**What are we expecting from you**
- 0-2 years of experience in **branding**, **graphic design**, **illustration** or **visual arts**:

- **Helps you a lot if you can do motion too**:

- **2d/3d both styles are fine.**:

- Strong portfolio of visual design work that demonstrates **creativity and technical skill, a nice instagram** preferably.
- Proficiency in design software such as **photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and other Adobe creative design tools**.
- **Also, CANVA & FIGMA, of course.**:

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work on time

**What your average day will look like in Pluto**
- Develop **brand identity guidelines** combining your individual style with Pluto’s branding and ensure that all brand communications are consistent with these guidelines
- **Design and produce social media graphics, web banners, announcements** and other digital media assets that align with our brand identity
- **Collaborate with our web development team **tocreate and maintain illustrative visuals that are in line with our brand standards
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends and techniques and bring new ideas to the table
- Collaborate with other members of the creative team to **brainstorm ideas and ensure that design concepts are aligned with our marketing and business objectives**:

- Work with **outside teams and contractors **as needed to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
- **Watch lots of anime and play lots of games during your work time.**

**It will be amazing but not necessary if you also**
- Have working knowledge of 3D design
- Can create a storyboard or learn it on the job
