**Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales Strategy**
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans aligned with overall business goals and inputs from the Head of Sales & Marketing.
- Drive consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets through focused lead generation, qualification, and conversion strategies.
- Guide and mentor the sales team on effective prospecting, customer engagement, and deal closure techniques.
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, dealerships, and business associates as per regional business requirements.
- Strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic accounts to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with technical and management teams to prepare and refine sales proposals, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline/funnel, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting to senior management.
- Ensure a high lead conversion rate through regular performance reviews, coaching, and motivation of the sales team.
- Drive local business development initiatives and explore new opportunities for growth within the assigned geography.
**Operational Excellence**
- Lead new dealer acquisition initiatives and ensure timely follow-up on all leads.
- Monitor and ensure timely order processing, delivery, billing, and payment collection from clients and partners.
- Achieve assigned sales budgets through focused acquisition and effective territory management.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and maintain accurate documentation for all sales and operational activities.
**People Management & Team Leadership**
- Conduct daily meetings with the sales team to review progress, share updates, and align on targets.
- Motivate, train, and support team members to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and performance improvement across the team.
**Communication & Reporting**
- Deliver regular presentations and business updates to senior management on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Provide timely market intelligence and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making.
- Foster effective internal communication and maintain strong coordination with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance).
**Skills & Competencies**
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proven experience in channel sales, dealer management, or B2B business development (preferably in technology, agriculture, or drone industry).
- Strong analytical, planning, and execution capabilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
