**Role Description**

This is a full-time role as a Customer Delight Officer. As a Customer Delight Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your daily tasks will include speaking to students who are pursuing Overseas Education. This is an on-site role located in Gurugram.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Patience and empathy to effectively handle customer concerns
- Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems
- Previous experience in a customer service role in Overseas Education Industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
