Responsible for managing Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart and Meesho marketplace presence.
- Manage and optimize product listings on all Marketplaces to maximize visibility and drive sales.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to enhance product discoverability and improve search
- rankings on e-commerce platforms.
- Take charge of the entire Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, seller dashboards activities such as listing
- management, inventory control, and order fulfilments.
- Implement effective inventory planning strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent
- stockouts.
- Analyse sales performance, conversion rates, and other key metrics on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Implement A/B testing strategies for content optimization.
- Monitor end-to-end marketing campaigns across all ecommerce platforms
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and other sales initiatives to boost online sales.
- Stay updated on Amazon and Flipkart policies and ensure compliance with their guidelines.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and reviews on both platforms, providing excellent
- customer service.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement
- corrective actions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align online sales strategies with overall marketing
- initiatives.
- Manage Branding Registry on Amazon for brand protection and recognition.
- Coordinate with Vendor Central for streamlined vendor management.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to enhance overall online sales channels.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for
- sales expansion.
- Stay abreast of the latest e-commerce trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 per month
