The Job

As a Process Design Coordinator you support the entire Design Team by coordinating tasks and planning. Your focus is the operational part of the design process, where you actively support designers and guide assistants. You are focused on clarity and efficiency for the Design Team, processes, and timelines.

Your Mission
- You have an active role in supporting the design team by taking care of the operational part of the design process.
- You take the lead in creating tech-packs and color cards, adjust designs, and be responsible for the processing of designs.
- You liaise with the (Senior) designer to ensure timelines are met, systems are accurately maintained, and meeting preparation is executed properly.
- You build tech-packs for the development of the collections, working closely with all stakeholders including design peers, developers, and product line managers.
- You maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- You work according to the specified timeline respecting the deadlines.
- You take the lead in occurring design activities, system work and/or administrative duties.
- You take the lead in guiding new hires and design assistants by introducing and coordinating the design processes, tasks, and systems.
- By coordinating new hires and assistants your aim is a high level of attention to detail and for them to be confident to work independent with our systems.
- You aim for efficiency and clarity in the operational part of the design process and have an active in finding solutions when needed.

Your Talent
- 1-3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Structured, organized, strong in communication, and eye for details
- Illustrator skills
- English on proficiency level
- You have affinity with design, but your real talent is organizing and getting things arranged;
- You are the hidden force that leads this creative flow to controlled perfection;
- You are a true facilitator and you like to ‘roll-up your sleeves’;
- You are accurate, stress-resistant and you enjoy providing good service;
- Solution-oriented and you are independent;
