***As a Key Sales Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and nurture strong relationships with our most important clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for these clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term success.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with key clients.
- Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and industry trends.
- Regularly engage with clients to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns.

**2. Strategic Planning**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic account plans.
- Identify growth opportunities within the assigned accounts.
- Set clear objectives and KPIs to measure success and progress.

**3. Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals for assigned accounts.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase account revenue.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to each client's needs.

**4. Communication and Presentation**:

- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of products/services.
- Keep clients informed about new product launches and updates.

**5. Problem Solving**:

- Address client issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions and resolve challenges.
- Anticipate potential issues and proactively address them.

**6. Market Insights**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments.
- Use market insights to provide clients with relevant recommendations.

**7. Reporting and Analytics**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Provide regular reports on account performance and progress towards goals.

**Skills and Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in key account management or sales.
Excellent communication skill in English.
Team Management.
