Responsibilities:

- Teaching and supervising undergraduate and graduate students.
- Mentor and support teaching assistants / lecturers
- Focus primarily on experiential and project-based learning.
- Objectively evaluate students' academic progress
- Collaborate with colleagues regarding their research in the interest of generating new academic lines of inquiry
- Provide tutoring and academic counselling to students
- Provide a learning environment that makes effective use of available resources, work experience, and fieldwork
- Contribute to other administrative areas to support students, department and institution, timetabling, facility design, professional development, student employment etc.
- Publishing research, attending conferences, delivering presentations, and networking with others in the field.
- Reviewing methods and teaching materials and making recommendations for improvement.
Skills Requirement:

- Must be a **Doctorate** (PhD) from reputed university
- Good leadership skills
- Demonstrate effective writing and speaking skills in English
- Published articles and proven experience as an academic.
- Strong teaching and mentoring skills.
- A growth mindset and excellent networking abilities.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
