**Veriday** is a digital marketing and technology company specializing in developing strategies, products, and solutions to transform online user experiences and engagement. We are hiring a talented Marketing Designer to be part of our India Operation team, located anywhere in India. The Marketing Designer is responsible for creating and executing marketing graphics and materials that drive sales and increase company growth. Key components of this position include monitoring design trends, developing marketing graphics, blogs, website graphics, brochures, and other print materials, as well as providing sales team support.

This position is ideal for a self-starter desiring to drive brand growth and reputation through the implementation of their unique, innovative and diverse design skills. This is a full-time permanent role in a remote environment.

**You will**:

- Develop design concepts and communicate ideas clearly and in a compelling fashion. You are able to easily articulate your design thinking and insights that led to your ideas.
- Be directly responsible for project conceptualization, design and development across a wide range of mediums, including: storyboarding, printed material (reports and proposals, posters, collateral, etc.), interactive page and website layouts, and digital and social marketing assets
- Provide quality assurance on creative deliverables
- Design solutions that meet or exceed strategic objectives
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously

**You have**:

- 3+ years in an agency or in-house creative team
- Strong visual, interactive and graphic design skills
- Experience presenting your work and substantiating your design decisions
- Knowledge of the latest versions of Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, and other industry-standard design tools
- Time management skills to manage responsibilities and to always be prepared
- A self-motivated and accountable attitude
- Motion graphics experience for the web and video (Premiere Pro and After Effects) is considered an asset
- Illustration skills in electronic media are considered an asset
- Familiarity with agile is considered an asset
