**Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
Identify and generate potential leads by reaching out to students, parents, or professionals interested in educational programs or services.

**Counseling & Consultation**:
Provide one-on-one or group counseling sessions to prospective students and parents to understand their educational goals, needs, and challenges.

Recommend suitable courses, programs, or services that align with the student’s career aspirations and academic background.

**Sales Strategy & Target Achievement**:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly enrollment targets.

Track and manage the sales funnel from initial inquiry to final enrollment, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion of leads into enrollments.

**Program Information & Product Knowledge**:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the educational programs, courses, and services offered by the institution or organization.

Effectively communicate the value proposition of the programs to prospective students, emphasizing key features, benefits, and career outcomes.

**Follow-up & Nurturing Leads**:
Regularly follow up with prospective students to answer questions, address concerns, and provide additional information as needed.

Nurture relationships with leads who are not immediately ready to enroll by providing ongoing support and updates on programs.
