**Role Overview**

We're looking for a talented **Video Content Specialist** who can both **shoot** and **edit** high-quality **short form UGC video ads** for our clients. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for the entire video production process - from on-location shooting to final editing and delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute on-location video shoots using mobile equipment (iPhone, lights, microphone)
- Set up proper lighting and audio equipment to ensure awesome quality content
- Edit raw footage into engaging UGC ads optimised for conversions
- Maintain quick turnaround times while ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Upload and organize raw footage and final edits on our cloud storage system
- Collaborate with our creative team to understand client requirements
- Stay updated with latest social media video trends and best practices

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience in mobile videography and video editing (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro)
- Good understanding of lighting techniques and audio recording
- Experience creating social media content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok)
- Knowledge of social media trends and platform-specific video requirements
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects
- Good communication skills to interact with the team during shoots

**Technical Requirements**
- Proficiency in video editing software
- Understanding of video formats and compression
- Knowledge of basic color correction and audio mixing
- Familiarity with mobile filming equipment and accessories
