**What we are looking for**:

- CoinFantasy seeks a Growth and Performance Associate to propel growth through innovative ideas and performance marketing campaigns. You should be able to achieve brand, product, and business objectives by identifying and evaluating potential affiliates, and implementing marketing strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research and source new affiliate opportunities and partners
- Plan and execute campaigns with affiliates and track their performance metrics with analysis and recommendations to optimize campaign execution.
- Identify industry trends and insights and Conduct analyses and market research.
- Identifying growth opportunities based on market scenarios and planning new strategies to achieve the growth goals of the company.
- Develop and manage overall marketing strategy.
- Create and manage google ads, facebook ads, instagram ads and use the tools to measure the effectiveness of campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing for social media and various ad campaigns.
- Execute message campaigns through automation tools

**What we expect ?**
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Growth and Performance Marketing including Google, Facebook, Programmatics & Affiliates
- Experience in the Crypto space will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of various growth-hacking & retention tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms such as CleverTAP, Optimove, MoEnage, Sales force, Hubspot
- Expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- Open to working on-site from our Chennai office (We want to work alongside you)
