Guest services: Greet guests, make a good first impression, and answer their questions and concerns
- Check-in and check-out: Check guests in and out, assign rooms, and provide keys
- Payments: Prepare bills, process payments, and handle cash
- Administrative tasks: File, photocopy, and maintain accurate records
- Other services: Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and services
- Special requests: Handle requests for room service, taxi bookings, wake-up calls, and more
- Concierge services: Book theater tickets and other services
- Communication: Answer and forward phone calls, take messages, and pass messages to guests
**Experience**:
