This role will provide exposure to **core accounting, financial reporting, audits, taxation, and financial analysis** across multiple functions.

**Requirement**

Location - Thane wagle Estate

Qualification - CA Qualified

Experience - Fresher

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Accounting & Reporting**

Prepare and maintain books of accounts, general ledgers, and trial balance.

Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements (P&L,
- **Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)**.

Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.

Support monthly and annual closing activities.
- **Finance & Analysis**

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Support preparation of management reports and MIS dashboards.

Participate in cost analysis, financial modeling, and performance monitoring.

Work closely with departments to understand financial impacts of business decisions.
- **Audit & Compliance**

Support statutory, internal, and tax audits.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS) and company policies.

Assist in preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
- **Other Responsibilities**

Liaise with banks, auditors, and consultants when required.

Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.

Stay updated with changes in accounting, taxation, and compliance laws.
- **Key Skills & Competencies**

Strong knowledge of **Accounting Standards, Taxation (Direct & Indirect), and Auditing principles**.

Proficiency in **MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)**.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
