About PROPKARMAA PVT. LTD. : We are a real estate company, lead by industry experts, and we're looking for passionate individuals to join our Business Development Team.

JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Business Development Executive / Manager at Propkarmaa, you will play a key role in driving business growth by building strong relationships with potential clients and making sales. Your responsibilities will include:

- Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities by following up on leads and connecting with target clients.
- Meeting with potential clients to understand their needs and provide them with tailored Property solutions.
- Managing the sales process from start to finish to successfully close deals.
- Exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

KEY REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

- A graduation degree
- 0-3 years of experience in sales (freshers can also apply).
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Possession of a vehicle is preferred.
