Job Title: Telecaller (Remote Opportunity/Work From Home)

**Language Requirements**: Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada (any one regional language) + English + Hindi

**Experience**:0-2 years (Experience in healthcare, tele sales, or Edtech is a plus)

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients, families, or healthcare professionals to promote our rehab centre's services.

2. Provide information about our treatment programs, services, and facilities.

3. Respond to inquiries, concerns, and questions from potential clients and their families.

4. Generate leads and schedule appointments for our counsellors or therapists.

5. Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure seamless follow-up with potential clients.

6. Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-ups.

**Required Skills**:
1. Compassionate and empathetic approach when interacting with clients and families.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Proficiency in regional language (Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada) + English + Hindi.

4. Ability to work in a sensitive and confidential environment.

5. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

**Technical Requirements**:
1. Own laptop/desktop with stable internet connection.

2. Functional cell phone for calls and communication.

3. Familiarity with digital tools and software.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Prior experience in healthcare, tele sales, or Edtech industry.

2. Familiarity with rehabilitation services and treatment programs.

3. Strong work ethic and client-centric approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
