**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- **Customization**: Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and other components to improve usability and functionality.
- **Documentation**: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, architecture diagrams, and user manuals.
- **Training**: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide guidance on best practices for using SharePoint effectively.
- **Quality Assurance**: Perform unit testing and participate in system testing to ensure solutions meet functional requirements.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in SharePoint development, including SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint 2016/2019.
- Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), REST API, and client-side development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
- Familiarity with SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, permissions, and security features.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer Associate or similar certification.
- Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices.
