We, the team of
**“The Concrete Shop”**, thank you for showing your interest in our brand. The concrete shop is a retail outlet housing many unique premium brands representing concrete. Hence, we call it

Our products are made of premium grade of precast concrete like
**FRC, GRC, SFRC, PFRC, UHPC, Pervious Concrete, Pigmented Concrete, Decorative Concrete** etc. We work with highly customised production system where designers and architects get freedom to explore more in concrete.

We have team who are constantly working on new designs and development of products. Till date, we have developed more than 2500 concrete products using our skill and expertise. We have tried to cater wide range of customer segment by making such a huge products portfolio.

We have in-house expertise to create new designs, prototyping, creating moulds, batching and mixing, production, packaging and delivery. We have created 150+ secrete concrete formulations. Our team has enough knowledge to make concrete more “

Position, Responsibility and Duties
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc. ), exhibitions and promotional events.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
- Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc. ).
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a marketing executive or any other similar role.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM).
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends).
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
- B.Sc/BA in marketing, business administration or any other relevant disciplines.
