As a Creative Instagram Intern, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's online identity on Instagram. You will collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to create captivating and on-brand content that resonates with our target audience. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative individual with a passion for visual storytelling and a deep understanding of Instagram's best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**: Generate high-quality, visually appealing, and on-brand content for our Instagram account, including images, videos, stories, and captions.

**Content Planning**: Assist in developing a content calendar to ensure a consistent and engaging presence on Instagram.

**Community Engagement**: Engage with our Instagram community by responding to comments, messages, and actively participating in conversations to build relationships with our audience.

**Research and Trends**: Stay up-to-date with Instagram trends, algorithm changes, and emerging features to identify opportunities for growth.

**Analytics**: Monitor and analyze the performance of Instagram posts using insights and data analytics tools to optimize content strategy.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with the creative team, photographers, and videographers to plan and execute photo and video shoots.

**Hashtag Strategy**: Develop and implement an effective hashtag strategy to increase our reach and visibility.

**UGC (User-Generated Content)**: Encourage and curate user-generated content that aligns with our brand's aesthetic.

**Caption Writing**: Craft engaging and relevant captions that resonate with our target audience.

**Branding**: Ensure that all content aligns with our brand's voice, style, and messaging.

**Qualifications**:

- A strong passion for and understanding of Instagram and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with Instagram's features, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- An eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
- An understanding of social media analytics and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.

**Additional Information**:

- This is an Paid internship position.
- flexibility in work hours.
- The internship will be in-person.
