Studio Administrator

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee studio space operations - bookings, upkeep, client coordination, and smooth workflow
- Prepare and design PowerPoint presentations (PPT) with professional formatting and creativity
- Assist in creating and posting content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Maintain daily accounts records (petty cash, expenses, vendor bills, spreadsheets)
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and external service providers
- Coordinate with team members for meetings, events, and project schedules
- Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital)
**Requirements**:
- Graduate with strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Familiarity with social media tools (Instagram, Facebook, Canva, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of accounts and record-keeping
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn
- Prior experience in office/studio administration preferred, but freshers with the right skills may apply
Working Hours:
[e.g., 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday-Saturday]
